After a career as a Business Analyst, I found myself at home with a three month old baby and nothing to keep my mind alive. I'd also just bought my second electric car, an upgrade from a Nissan Leaf to a Tesla Model S.
I'd always thought EVs were the future of cars, and this new car certainly seemed to hammer the point home. However this was 2014, EVs weren't the mainstream option that they are these days.
So I thought, what can I do to help increase the public's awareness of this amazing new type of vehicle. That's why I started my YouTube channel, to show the world that an EV really can be just a normal car.
And what a ride it has been.
Right from the start I alway said I wasn't going to baby my new Tesla, I was going to use it, just as if it was any other car. There have been some up and some downs, but over the last 170,000+ miles I've been generally very happy with my rather rash decision to buy a brand new car from a brand new AMERICAN car manufacturer, using a brand new type of propulsion technology.
I started the vlog as a daily record of my life with my Tesla, although I've always covered more than just the car.
Topics I regularly cover include, renewable technology, space news, EVs, personal electric mobility and more....
